Bayview Hill Real Estate: Bayview Hill is one of the subdivisions located in Richmond Hill, on Bayview Avenue and 16th Avenue. Hundreds of Monster Homes were constructed in the Bayview Hill area in the early nineties.
In June 1990, the construction of Bayview Hill Community Centre was approved, which opened in 1991, just north of Sixteenth Avenue on Spadina Avenue.
