you deserve a really good testimonial!!!! I was tasked with the responsibility of finding a home for a Minister and his family, so began looking around for a decent Sales Representative. I knew what I was looking for; someone honest and ethical, also a good negotiator. Heidi had a condominium listed on Realtor.ca that seemed interesting so I called her. The phone call became an interview and although I didn’t meet her face to face, I could tell that she was well seasoned; she answered my questions thoroughly. After the phone call, I received a video text from her, where she reached out to me. She had warmth and integrity, the social skills needed to approach the public and there was a professionalism about her. I felt confident in her and decided to give her a try. Unceasingly, she took us from place to place and what I became keenly aware of, was her listening skills. She was interested in our needs and showed us various possibilities that would meet those needs. When it came down to making an offer on the house we eventually purchased, she allowed a conversation to flow amongst the three of us; Heidi, the Minister and myself. There was never any pressure, just a gentle guiding through the pros and cons of the conditions and establishing a rightful price. She went to the negotiating table twice, and then we got the house… at a great price!
